This documentation provides information on all of the changes, new features, and improvements that are available in the 2024.04_02 Release and is subject to change and updates through April 18th, when the Release reaches GA.

VIA® Portal

General Features and Improvements

  • New Header - Users should be given the option to view more search results or see more text in each result.

  • Consolidated authentication: add missing logo to Element’s login page.

  • New Header - Via search results should include board name.

  • Ability to Update Rate in the Matrix Table.

  • Add Offering Company Id to Tender Object.

  • Ramps: NEW 'Partner Network Invite' Action.

  • NEW ‘Create SET’ Metadata Ramp Action

  • NEW Integrated LTL Carrier: Echo Logistics - Create Integration.

  • When an Agent Card is Linked to a Location Card with a Bill to Role, display the agent’s name.

  • Quote/Order/Segment/Invoice - Allow Removal of Agent.

  • Partner Network - Support adding agents to Quotes and Invoices.

     

Platform Fixes / Defects Resolved

  • Order/Segments - Completed stops are not showing completed in the StopsArray.

  • Search should be trimmed of any spaces before/after your search text.

  • Rating: Maximum Rates are not working.

  • Carrier Rating: Carrier PRO#'s Not Populating.

  • Carrier Lane Card Import - Expiration time should be EoD at 11:59 PM

  • Segment Builder Not Creating Extra Stops in the new card created.

  • Removing Orders from segment does not remove the mini card icon.

  • Admin page | Left pane menus are not scrollable.

  • User unable to see boards due to deleted users in system.

  • Mini-cards and Geo-fences not visible when in the map view.

  • Updating a card with lat. and long. equal to "0" clears out the current lat. and long. and doesn't recalculate them.

  • When logging out, clear tokens out of every app not just the current app.

  • Maps - Find correct API calls for looping through layers.

  • Header: Updating Avatar will reset password.

  • New carriers (imported through API) are NOT being sent to Tendering integration.

  • Login page should have the element logo like we have in VIA.

  • Element - Various styling issues fixed.
