VIA® Release Notes 2023.07 Release

This documentation provides information on all of the changes, new features, and improvements that are available in the 2023.07 Release and is subject to change and updates through July 21st, when the release reaches GA.

General Features and Improvements

• Limit Bill To Locations shared with a partner network to ONLY those associated with that partner network

• Associate Document Types with Roles. This new section within roles allows granular access levels to show/hide attachment types to your users.

• Orders - Create Note When Form is Sent.

• Enforce Bill To in defined Relationship within partner network.

• Workspaces - Switch Workspace Dropdown - Sort & Filter.

• Orders/Segments/Quotes - Prevent Earliest/Latest Dates From Being Impossible.

• System Settings - Workspaces - Default Grid Load Count.

• Workspaces / Grids - Add 'List Name' to fields that can be used as Grid Headers.

• Board Settings - Allow / Prevent Editing of Completed or Cancelled loads (Orders and/or Segments).

Platform Fixes / Defects Resolved

• List Reference in Activities set as "Undefined" Once Card Had Moved Boards.

• When Moving a Card to a New Board With a Ramp, Labels Do Not Follow.

• Trailer, Orders and Segments - Delete Stop notes | Undocumented error.

• Ramps - Global Variables Not Converting to Number.

• Quote accessorial charges duplicating from lane cards.

• Auto-resetting a password that does not match the min. requirements should show a more informative message.

• Clearing out attachedCard1 or attachedCard6 should clear out the corresponding Driver (1 or 2).

• Financial Tab - Max Rate Tolerance % Max Initially Being Applied to $.

• API | Swagger | Trucks | End point | Undocumented errors.

• When Removing a Reference Number VIA always shows the last reference number added as the one being removed.

• Activities - Custom Field Changes Displaying Incorrectly.

• VIA UI - Prompt Tasks don't show the PROMPT TYPE current value when user tries to Edit it.

• VIA Mobile V3 - The 'Pre-Trip Confirmation Tasks' banner is failing to take user to the corresponding tasks.

• Prompt Tasks - Not allowing you to remove fields from VIA tasks after you save the task.

• Order Entry error Not clearing - Order Must have 2 stops.

• Widget | Grid | resizing is available only when the page is refreshed.

• Locations - Can't Remove Preferred Carriers.

• "Load Completed Date" Board Filter is a String But it Should be a Date.
