The Logs section in VIA® provides a detailed and easy-to-access record of system information that helps Admin users to understand and/or troubleshoot many processes in VIA. It provides insight into the operating processes of your VIA environment.
Log Types
Search
Use the Search option to filter the logs that are being shown. Filters can be defined by card, by ramp or by dates (start and end date).
Pagination (Last and Next 50)
This option will be visible when there are more than 50 log records that can be shown.
Useful Information.
Notice that:
In all cases, clicking on the three dots (“More” column) will take you to a detailed view of that record.
The card, for which the log record was generated, is usually accessible from the log record itself.
Our retention policy is a combination of Status and Generation Date: successful runs are kept for 7 days while failures are kept for a month.
