The history tab within the load offer system will store information on load offers that have been accepted, rejected or timed out.
Much of the functionality that exists in the Offered tab carries over to the History tab. For example, you can sort the columns, filter the list and click on the summary lines to open up additional details. There are some additional features within this screen.
The first Column on the left side of the screen will provide a visual indicator of the status of the load offer. There are three options:
Timed Out - This Icon means that the load has expired. All Load Offers will have an expiry date. Additionally, the customer can force the expiry of a load offer that had been sent out previously, even if it has not expired on it’s own yet.
Accepted - This icon signifies that the load offer in question has been accepted by your company
Declined - This icon means that you have rejected this load offer
If you have accepted the load offer, then you will also see a button on the far right side of the grid that will allow you to open the load within the VIA Boards program. You can arrive and depart stops from the via boards screens and perform additional track and trace tasks as well.
