- Ramp System - Added support to automatically assign carriers based on lowest rate in addition to carrier preference
- Bill of Lading - Allow for the override of the company name of the Bill of Lading based on the Pay-to Carrier information

- Fixed Reference Number and Freight Pagination where first page would improperly be re-displayed on paging.
- Resolved issue where Shadow Lists allowed for route feature to be enabled. This is not supported on Shadow Lists.
- Resolved defect where Auto-Add Locations feature could be enabled without specifying a location board.
- Resolved issue where Board Maintenance (Admin) did not show board type icon / indicator.
- Resolved bug in API where sort changes invalid activity to be created.
