This guide is intended to introduce you to the basics of the VIA® Mobile application and to get you started and familiar with its operation.
Login Request
When the application is initially launched you may be presented with a login screen. The login screen can be bypassed using automatic login capabilities provided by the tablet or device on which the application is running. When the login screen is displayed – what login information is required is dependent on what is required by your company. In most cases, this is your company ID, and your driver ID. Fill in the information requested and press the Go button to continue.

The VIA® Mobile will automatically disable user input if the vehicle is in motion. You must be at a complete stop to use the application interactively. |
Main Display
The main screen that is displayed when you log into the application depends on the configuration set by your company. You will either be presented with the detail route / stop screen for the load you are currently assigned to drive, or you will be displayed the Loads screen which allows you to see all of the loads you're assigned. You may also notice differences based on what type of device you are using and what the screen resolution for that device is capable of displaying. In landscape mode on larger devices you will see the full stop address and product information for that stop.
