Acceso Rápido a los Tableros
This is where your favorite boards are saved. These favorite boards will appear in this board on any page within VIA for easy access. To add a board to this list open the board and click on the star at the top of the board screen. To remove the board from the favorites list deselect the star on the board. Conversely, in the home screen, when you mouse over a board, a star will appear in it's top right corner. Click the star to add it to your favorites.
Your Boards
Category
Categories are ways to group the boards together in a way that is meaningful to your business and can be used to easily sort boards between one another. You can hide or show categories by clicking the gray category bar or by clicking "Expand All" or "Collapse All".
Boards
A board is a container that stores lists and cards. Each board will store one type of card such as Drivers, quotes or orders. You can see the type of board with the icon that is visible on the lower right side of the board. You can drag boards within the group to reorganize them and you can drag a board to a different category altogether if required. Click on a board to start viewing a board.
User Account Access
Click your account name or avatar in the top right corner to gain access to user settings or admin settings if you are an admin. From this menu you can edit your profile, set or change your avatar, update your password or change your language. You can also edit your notification settings from here. This relates to notifications you will see for conversations that you are part of.
Slideout Menu
The slideout menu appears on the left side of the VIA® screen. The options on the bar may change depending on which area of VIA® you are accessing at a given time. The list below will display the different types of menu options available in the slideout menu:
Tools - This is available throughout the system; however, the tools that appear may change depending on the board you are viewing. You can find tools such as quick quote, mile calculator, segment builder (available in the order type boards)
Conversations - This menu item is available throughout the system. Clicking on this menu item will allow you to start and view existing conversations.
What's new? - This item is available throughout the system and will display any new features that have been released in VIA®
Filters - This menu item is only available on the slideout when you are viewing a board. You can create a filter, save and load filters and clear filters from this menu item.
Members - This menu item is only available on the slideout when you are viewing a board. This menu option will allow you to see any users who are members of the board. If you are a board administrator you can also add new members to the board so that other users can see the board in their home screen.
Labels - This menu item is only available on the slideout when you are viewing a board. The menu option will give you the ability to create new labels and drag them to cards in your boards.
Templates - This menu item is only available on the slideout when you are viewing a board. If you have cards that you create often (recurring loads for example) you can save your card as a template and it will appear in this list. You can then drag the template back into the board and a copy will be made that you can then work with.
Activities - This menu item is only available on the slideout when you are viewing a board. The activities tab is broken into Comments, Operations and system activities.
Archives - This menu item is only available on the slideout when you are viewing a board.
Quick Search Section
At the very top of the VIA® screen you will find the quick search section. You can use this section to search all the cards in your system (as opposed to the board limitation you have when using filters). There are three sections to the quick search section: the search field, the board type and the field name.
By default, the search section is setup to search the title field of all cards. The search is not case sensitive and will search any part of the fields for what you enter; which means that if you were searching for a driver card called John Smith you should see the card be search for JOHN or smith or john Smith etc.
Using the quick search will limit the amount of records that are returned; so if you want to narrow your scope of cards searched you can do that in the card type section. For example, if you wanted to look for quotes that were going to Atlanta you could limit the search by choosing quotes in the card type field. Finally, you can choose the field you want to search by in the field type section. You can use this for example to search by cities or reference numbersAquí es donde se guardan sus Tableros favoritos. Sus Tableros
Categoría
Las categorías son formas de agrupar los tableros de una manera que sea significativa para su negocio y se puedan usar para clasificar fácilmente los tableros entre sí. Puede ocultar o mostrar categorías haciendo clic en la barra de categoría gris o haciendo clic en "Expandir todo" o "Contraer todo".
Tableros
Un tablero es un contenedor que almacena listas y tarjetas. Cada placa almacenará un tipo de tarjeta, como controladores, cotizaciones u órdenes. Puede ver el tipo de tablero con el icono que está visible en la parte inferior derecha del tablero. Puede arrastrar tableros dentro del grupo para reorganizarlos y puede arrastrar un tablero a una categoría diferente si es necesario. Haga clic en un tablero para comenzar a ver un tablero.
Acceso a su Cuenta de Usuario
Haga clic en el nombre de su cuenta o avatar en la esquina superior derecha para obtener acceso a la configuración del usuario o la configuración de administrador si es administrador. Desde este menú puede editar su perfil, configurar o cambiar su avatar, actualizar su contraseña o cambiar su idioma. También puede editar su configuración de notificaciones desde aquí. Esto se relaciona con las notificaciones que verá para las conversaciones de las que forma parte.
Menú Deslizable
El menú deslizable aparece en el lado izquierdo de la pantalla VIA®. Las opciones en la barra pueden cambiar según el área de VIA® a la que esté accediendo en un momento dado. La lista a continuación mostrará los diferentes tipos de opciones de menú disponibles en el menú deslizable:
- Herramientas: está disponible en todo el sistema; sin embargo, las herramientas que aparecen pueden cambiar según el tablero que esté viendo. Puede encontrar herramientas como cotización rápida, calculadora de millas, generador de segmentos (disponible en los tableros de tipo de pedido).
- Conversaciones: este elemento del menú está disponible en todo el sistema. Al hacer clic en este elemento del menú, podrá comenzar y ver las conversaciones existentes.
- ¿Qué hay de nuevo? - Este elemento está disponible en todo el sistema y mostrará las nuevas funciones que se han lanzado en VIA®.
- Filtros: este elemento de menú solo está disponible en la barra de menú deslizable cuando está viendo un tablero. Puede crear un filtro, guardar y cargar filtros y borrar filtros desde este elemento del menú.
- Miembros: este elemento del menú solo está disponible en la barra deslizante cuando está viendo un tablero. Esta opción de menú le permitirá ver cualquier usuario que sea miembro de la junta. Si usted es administrador de la junta, también puede agregar nuevos miembros a la junta para que otros usuarios puedan ver la junta en su pantalla de inicio.
- Etiquetas: este elemento del menú solo está disponible en la barra deslizante cuando está viendo un tablero. La opción de menú le dará la posibilidad de crear nuevas etiquetas y arrastrarlas a las tarjetas en sus tableros..
- Plantillas: este elemento de menú solo está disponible en la barra deslizante cuando está viendo un tablero. Si tiene tarjetas que crea con frecuencia (cargas recurrentes, por ejemplo), puede guardar su tarjeta como plantilla y aparecerá en esta lista. Luego puede arrastrar la plantilla nuevamente al tablero y se realizará una copia con la que luego podrá trabajar.
- Actividades: este elemento de menú solo está disponible en la barra deslizante cuando está viendo un tablero. La pestaña de actividades se divide en Comentarios, Operaciones y actividades del sistema.
- Archivos: este elemento del menú solo está disponible en la barra deslizante cuando está viendo un tablero.
Sección de Búsqueda Rápida
En la parte superior de la pantalla de VIA® encontrará la sección de búsqueda rápida. Puede usar esta sección para buscar todas las tarjetas en su sistema (a diferencia de la limitación de la placa que tiene cuando usa filtros). La sección de búsqueda rápida tiene tres secciones: el campo de búsqueda, el tipo de tablero y el nombre del campo.
Por defecto, la sección de búsqueda está configurada para buscar el campo de título de todas las tarjetas. La búsqueda no distingue entre mayúsculas y minúsculas y buscará en cualquier parte de los campos lo que ingrese; lo que significa que si estaba buscando una tarjeta de conductor llamada John Smith, debería ver que la tarjeta está buscando a JOHN o Smith o John Smith, etc.
El uso de la búsqueda rápida limitará la cantidad de registros que se devuelven; así que si desea reducir el alcance de las tarjetas buscadas, puede hacerlo en la sección de tipo de tarjeta. Por ejemplo, si desea buscar cotizaciones que iban a Atlanta, podría limitar la búsqueda seleccionando cotizaciones en el campo de tipo de tarjeta. Finalmente, puede elegir el campo en el que desea buscar en la sección de tipo de campo. Puede usar esto, por ejemplo, para buscar por ciudades o números de referencia.
