Throughout the system will have the option to utilize the VIA slide out menu. Depending on if you are looking at the home scree, board or individual card, the options may be different. This is true for different types of boards as well. There are some side bar menu items that stay consistent throughout your usage of the program. Lets take a look at the sidebar menu and some of the options within it.



Home Screen Slide Out Menu Options

Image Added Toolbox - In the home screen this slide out menu includes a Mile Calculator and Quick Quote

Image Added Conversations - You can start a conversation that would be a global conversation from the home screen. NOTE: Conversations can also be started within boards and within cards as well.

Image Added What's New - If there are any new features or updates they will show up on the what's new section of the slide out menu

Board View Slide Out Menu Options

Depending on the type of board you are working with; the options in the slide out menu may change.

Standard Slide Out Menu Items

Image Added Filter - This option will allow you to filter down to specific records within the board.

Image Added Members - This option will allow you see members of the board. If you have the correct administrative rights you can also add members, remove members and change existing member rights.

Image Added Labels - This tool will allow you to create, and edit labels that can be attached to cards in the board you are viewing.

Image Added Templates - Any cards that are saved as templates will appear in this section. 

Image Added Activities - Any activites that happen appear on this section. The menu item is divided into three tabs: Comments, operations and system activities.

Image Added Archives - Cards that are dragged to the top of the VIA screen will move off the working board and into the archived card list. You can drag the cards in the achieved list back to the board if you want to activate them again
