- Tracking - Added a new way to share tracking details. Tracking can now be shared using text message and will display basic load history, current location, and other relevant data.
- Custom Field Support - The Portal now allows for custom fields to be created (number, string, date, dropdown, etc.) for any system object type.
- Custom Field Organization - Custom fields can be organized within their own custom tabs with user specified icons for the tab
- Custom Field Security - Custom field security (view, edit, etc..) can be controlled using Security Roles
- Activity Filtering Default - Default activity filtering can be specified at the Company, and board level to control what activities are visible within any given card.
- Activity Filtering - Activity filtering is now easier using a drop-down check box for sorting out activities that you do not want to see
- Activity Filtering by Role Permission - Activities can now be restricted by Security Role to prevent certain users (Carriers, Customers, Partners, etc) from seeing certain activities.
- Board Filtering - Saved filters can now be controlled to limit which users can see saved filters. Personal filters (vs Universal) are also now supported.
- Board Filtering - Support filtering by date (single) or date range on date fields for a given card type
- Board Filtering - Added support for filtering by stop level dates or date ranges along with other various dates/times on the Order and Segment card types.
- Board Filtering - Allow board filters to be retrained when moving from one board to another of the same type.
- Card Type - Added Truckstop / Parking to Location card type to allow for tracking of Truck parking locations and the details of the amenities available at that location.
- Template Support - Added the ability to create boards from a pre-defined process template that creates everything needed for the proper operation of that board including ramps, security roles, etc.
- Event Type - Added filtering support by due date
- Event Type - Added sorting options by Priority and Status
- Groups - Added ability to delete / remove groups
- Chat - Added the ability to chat with External Companies that are within the same board (Partner Network)
- Dynamic Routing - All links sent on e-mails, or notification messages are now dynamic which allows for the link to work even if the card has been moved to another board.
- Ramps - Allow for editing of the ramp description at the top of the designer screen to allow for easier description of what the ramp does.
- Ramps - Add intelligent validation of run time to prevent ramp from running only if a certain amount of time has passed since last execution.
- Ramps - Improved logging system that will allow you to see exactly what happened when a ramp executed, and allow you to see each of the steps that executed within the ramp along with which ones were successful and which ones failed.
- Ramps - Logging detail provide information on errors or other information that was received when a ramp action fails or errors.
- Ramps - Logging system now allows you to search by card details, date range, and other key information to quickly reach the details you're looking to find.
- Ramps - Logging system now supports ramp actions that support "retry" where a particular action can be resubmitted without re-running the entire ramp.
- Ramps - Ramp activities logged to a card (on the activity tab) now have a clickable link that will take you directly to the log details for the ramp execution.
- Ramps - Transaction log (queued external events) is now available to show you documents or transactions that have been queued or were previously in the queue (EDI, XML, E-mail, etc..)
- Ramps - Allow for granular control of Ramp security role. Enable, Disable, Edit, Copy, Delete, View Logs, Add Ramp, etc.
- Ramps - Allow for access to individual ramps to be restricted by security role. This feature will allow users to be granted access to ramps without having access to ALL of the defined ramps.
- Ramps - Added new native Ramp Actions for Freight Verify, Fiat Chrysler, 25+ Carrier Integrations, 3GTMS, EDI functionality and more.
- E-mail System - Added abilities to e-mail capabilities within the card system:
- Reply, Reply All, and Ford e-mail messages
- Added signature capabilities
- Added WYSIWYG e-mail editor
- Added auto-collapse for long e-mail threads
- Added image attachment capabilities
- E-mail System - Added link routing capability so that links to a card are always found regardless of location.
- Partner Network - Partner Network invites are now fully automated with a WIZARD that will simplify the process for the end-user. The wizard will do all the necessary work of enabling the network, creating security groups, and adding the users to that group.
- Partner Network - Added support for custom fields within the Partner Network user community.
VIA® Mobile
- Allow for off-line operations - Allow a majority of the mobile functionality to work even when off-line (no cellular or wifi connection). Provide user with notification of being off-line.
- iPhone edition - Eliminate iPhone legacy mode

- Fixed shadow list drag out operations – was causing cards to be improperly orphaned.
- Fixed comment display – moving card from one board to another was causing previous comment boards to be invisible.
- Fixed birthdate field on Driver cards
- Fixed reevaluating Schedule Ramps when stop times are changed
- Fixed moving card to another board doesn't record as an activity
- Fixed unlocking a list doesn't work until you refresh the browser
- Fixed width formatting issues for cards with extended or long notes, e-mails, etc.
- Fixed e-mail attachments with the same name should not overwrite
- Fixed incorrect ability to add a user to a card that could not see that card
