Basic Use

The most basic use of the search feature is for quickly finding Cards or Boards from anywhere within Via. Simply just click the Search Bar and start typing your query. Your query will be filled automatically as you type and you can click on any item that you desire to be taken to that Board or Card information.quickest and easiest way to search the system is to simply enter in the information you want to search for in the field on the left of the search bar. This basic search will look at card titles that have your search data included. This is a 'contains' search, so as long as your search criteria appears in any part of the title you will be able to see your results. A card title appears in the mini card and at the top of a card when you open it.

Advanced Use

The Search feature also gives you the ability to easily add resources such as Carriers, Drivers, Trucks, or Trailers to Segment Cards. You simply search for the Carriers, Driver, Truck, or Trailer card, then click and drag the card to a Segment or Order Card. This will automatically make the Carriers, Driver, Truck, or Trailer card a related card to the Segment or Order Card. Click here for a guide on how to do this.
